"A gorgeous old hotel with soooooo many original features. We opted for an older room rather than refurbished and it was rather tired and gloomy - the bathroom definitely needs upgrading however, the room was full of character. The only downside was the outside which had litter left by "locals" who liked to have a can or two near the front door !! Overall, a great, central hotel full of character. Will definitely return. "

"Last minuite to stay. From Peterborough ordered suitcases and Liverpool only had. Stayed here in lockdown, included breakfast which was lovely. Value for money, across the road from Albert dick. 1 minuite away from Liverpool one shopping. Wow 3 shopping centres under 1 roof. The best I’ve seen so far. Other half Liverpool supporter so coming here amazing. People friendly. Hotel recommended. "
