"Owner cancelled our stay hours before check-in time then ghosted us after offering help to find another stay. Really negatively impacted our trip and didn’t even have immediate access to refund in order to re-book, which almost caused us to cancel our trip altogether. Most disappointed about lack of communication, will not book with this owner in the future."

"We had gone to the meadowlands for a concert and needed a place to stay the night. Apt was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in process got mixed up and I was given the wrong apt number. It was very late when we arrived, 12:30 am, but the property manager answered my messages and even called us to help us get into the apt and apologized for the mix up. The reason I didn’t rate this higher is you can’t control the thermostat. It does say it in the reviews but it had been a very hot day...
