Our 2 bed 1 bath is located in the newly gentrified West Oakland. 2 minutes from the Bay Bridge and 5 minutes from BART. We are minutes away from Jack London Square and Ferry to San Francisco. Our home is a family home that’s been in the family for 70 years. Our home is filled with character and love. We are also 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and a AMC Imax movie theater. We would love to host you!

Excellent home for a family
Our family aging from age 1 up to 70 stayed here and it was perfect and comfortable for all of our needs! Stacy even ran out and got some outlet covers when she heard we had a 1 year old. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for anyone!

Amazing stay
Stacy was amazing to communicate with. The wifi wasn’t working at one point and she went out of her way to fix it. She was an amazing host, her house was so clean and beautiful. And my family and I felt very safe staying there.

Stacy is like a family member. She is so open, friendly and helpful. Her suggestions of what to see and where to go in the San Francisco/Oakland area were a hit! She made sure to meet us on the first day which was a real personal touch as well. Oh, and she gives the best hugs! 🤗

Family Gathering for a Berkeley Graduation!
Our family came together at Stacy's where we gathered from east coast and west coast for a graduation from Berkeley. Stacy greeted us as we entered and welcomed us. Her home is beautiful and she had every thing we needed. Stacy was very responsive to our questions in a very timely manner which enhanced our stay. I would choose her home again! Thank you Stacy!

Cute Historical Bungalow
The Host was amazing and welcomed us personally. LOVED the Bungalow on Prescott which is full of character. It is has beautiful hardwood floors and built in cabinets that have a story to tell. It had a lovely updated kitchen with all the appliances, a great front and back porch which we didn't have time to use since we were busy exploring the area. The location of the house is very convenient with easy access to downtown Oakland and San Francisco. We plan to go back soon and this time visit with our gracious host.

PERFECT
Upon entrance to the property we EXHALED literally. The home is very well maintained. The thing I said was I can't wait to cook in this kitchen. In a word we were PLEASED. No more hotels for us. Ms Stacy's home will ALWAYS be our first choice.

Stacy was a great host. She met us upon check in and showed us everything we need to know. The place was very clean. My only suggestion would be to change out the bar stools. They were too high for the counter which made it difficult to sit and eat. Overall experience was a great place.

Our Oakland Happy Place
The home is very spacious and comfortable. We are a “mature” group and enjoyed our quiet evenings of dinner at home and talk on the deck. The colony of cheeky squirrels in the tree near the deck kept us quite entertained. Our hostess, Stacy, was warm, intelligent, and helpful......but never intrusive. The drive into San Francisco for the day and then on to Muir Woods to see the beautiful trees was a breeze. The neighborhood is urban and culturally mixed, we felt welcome and safe.

Great location for your trip to the Bay Area
My wife and I travelled to the bay to see a Giants game and an A’s game and this was the perfect location for both. It’s a great location to visit both Oakland and San Francisco, you have easy access to the airport, the Bay Bridge, BART, the ferry to SF, everything. The cost of the ferry from Jack London Square was less than $5, cheaper than the toll to cross the Bay Bridge. The house is beautiful and felt very homey, it has all the comforts you’ll need. Our host, Stacy, was amazing too, very responsive. We liked the neighborhood, it was quiet at night and there were lots of actIvities during the day. We enjoyed quick trips to downtown, Lake Merritt, Chinatown, and Alameda when we weren’t visiting the City. Whenever we’re in the area, we would definitely stay here again.
