A signed Rental Agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

Upon arrival, check Black Binder (beside the coffee pot) for hot tub key, wifi info, house rules and other important information for your stay.
Checking in and out
• Check-in information will be provided by email 1 day prior to scheduled arrival if Rental Agreement is signed
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Checkout before 10:00 AM
What to bring
Please plan to bring all paper products, coffee filters, trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, soaps, toiletries, and other supplies because these are not provided. Also plan to bring specialty kitchen or household items, any beach towels, additional bedding or bath towels necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Kitchen Table Settings are provided for max occupancy allowed.)

Winter Reservations
All booking arrivals between November through April should be prepared for winter weather conditions; please come prepared to drive on mountainous roads in these conditions. Snow tires and/or chains or a 4WD vehicle may be necessary and are strongly recommended for all rentals during this season. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
