Situated less than four miles from Wisp Ski Resort and within a mile of bars, restaurants, public beaches, boat launches, and Deep Creek State Park, this spacious home offers the perfect base camp for year-round family fun. When you're not enjoying all the wonders of Western Maryland, you'll find plenty of comfort and entertainment back at home with private perks like a hot tub, three gas fireplaces, and a pool table. A large deck equipped with two gas grills, bar seating, and a dining table set the scene for leisurely outdoor living. You'll also have access to a community firepit just a few steps from the home.

The two-story interior offers plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. A gas fireplace and smart TV anchor the first-floor living area while the upstairs landing is home to the pool table. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you'll need for home cooking. Additional essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
