We are only two blocks from vibrant Solano strip (Zachary's pizza, Pete's Coffee, Cactus Taqueria) and 10 minute walk from fabulous Gourmet Ghetto (Chez Panisse, Cheeseboard Pizza, Corso Ristorante, Philz Coffee). This is the lower unit of a two story home. The upper unit is also rented through Airbnb. Some noise from upstairs should be expected.

We kindly ask the guests to adhere to the following rules:1. Quiet time 10pm-8am2. No extra guests without prior approval3. No parties and large gatherings4. No smoking inside the apartment5. Roll up the projector screen after use6. No activities generating excessive noise (ex. recording sessions)7. No commercial activity of any kind

Very Disappointing
Getting checkin directions required us to call VRBO to get the host’s phone number. The host never made contact other than the single texted instructions initiated by us (frantically, bc we couldn’t confirm if we had a place to stay for a week over Xmas!). Zero contact or response via VRBO. You can hear every footstep and conversation upstairs. And we know the tenants were trying to be quiet because we met them. Would not recommend. Passenger exit from car is on the mud.
