A spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom , 1950's restored lower half of a house set in the serene hills of Piedmont Pines neighborhood above Montclair Village.

You have exclusive use of large deck with table , chairs, and BBQ the apartment opens to. which allows you to enjoy the garden view and trees that fill the large backyard. You have your own entrance and upper half of house is locked off/ no access but ensures your privacy and use of an extra bathroom and laundry room.

A wonderful quiet sanctuary!
At a time when my wife and I needed a safe quiet place for a couple of weeks while our son was recuperating in ta local hospital, this was an ideal situation. Beautiful setting amongst redwood trees and garden with comfortable amenities. Also, very close to the quaint Montclair village. Highly recommend this getaway!!
