Love the architecture and history of the building. Rooms are small but adequate. There is a free medical clinic next door which can attract some sketchy people, but overall we love staying here.

We loved the history and architecture of the hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive. Lovely view from our room of the bay. The food at Julia’s was fantastic .The only negative was the noise from party events at night, but quiet by 10:00pm.

Property was very unique. It reminds me of the song ‘Hotel California’ but in a good way. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to come back given the chance. Service good. Use of pool was good. I had the pool to myself one morning. Extremely positive stay. Keep up the good work! 🙂👍

The hotel is in an old historic building with charming architecture and a beautiful patio. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, no TV or fridge. Walls are very thin so every sound in an adjacent room is heard - including conversations and toilet flushing. There is a free coffee and tea station on the first floor. The breakfast and dinner hours are rather limited, breakfast could be longer - especially on weekends. There is a brunch option on Saturday.

We were disappointed that the pool hours were for lap swimming only but for a couple hours on a couple days per week. There seemed to be no temperature control in the room - just a ceiling fan. Luckily for us, the temperature was acceptable. Rooms are small, bathroom is small. No parking was available one night but we weren't charged for it that night. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options with a quiet and formal vibe. We liked the hotel stay overall but perhaps the lack of modern updates would not warrant such high room rates.
