"We loved our stay in Topanga! The kids loved sleeping in the upstairs room and playing on the swing. I loved waking up to the sounds of birds and roosters outside. The outdoor kitchen was great and had everything we needed! The bathroom is in an outbuilding and was comfortable and easy to access - I took a bath and watched the trees through the skylight. We miss it already!"

"Property was as described; however we noticed ants upon arrival in the bathroom. We contacted owner who immediately brought some traps. Then on the morning of our departure the ants were all over the kitchen. No open food was left out. Drowned as many as I could in the sink but they were everywhere!"

"Comfortable room with everything you could need and with the best shower ever. Just come for the shower you will be happy :) The owner John has been most accommodating and helpful to us during our stay. We will be returning."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also very quiet and comfortable. Only problem for us was that the refrigerator is very small. "

"The hotel room was recently renovated and decorated very cute. It was comfortable and clean. The service was great Front Desk people were all friendly and so was the Valet , which is hard to find now. I will definitely stay there again."
