🌴 Oceanfront condo on Oak Island just steps from the sand. SEA BREEZE OKI is a relaxing beachfront getaway perfect for couples or families looking to unwind by the water. Enjoy rare views of both sunrise and sunset, private beach access, and the ability to walk to restaurants, ice cream, shops, and more.

The Space

☀️ Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic and enjoy stunning sunsets from this part of Oak Island. With private beach access and a seasonal pool, you can park the car once and relax.:) Restaurants, ice cream, groceries, fishing, and bike rentals are all within walking distance.

💻 Working from home? Not a problem. Access our WiFi and work from the outdoor deck, the dining room table with a view of the water, or the dedicated workspace in the second bedroom for a quieter experience.

Our community offers an elevator in our building only, outdoor charcoal grills, outdoor showers, a gazebo, and an outdoor pool that is open seasonally. The pool typically closes at the end of September. These amenities are controlled and maintained by the HOA.

Minimum stay requirements vary by season. Feel free to message us if you need help finding available dates.

We also offer an optional concierge service that can shop and stock the kitchen and carry your bags up to the room. Please send us a message if you are interested in these services.

The covered oceanfront deck is the perfect place for morning coffee, dolphin spotting, or simply relaxing with the sound of the waves. Guests love the easy beach access, peaceful ocean sounds, and the ability to walk to many Oak Island restaurants and shops.

Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed and two twin beds, with a pullout sofa available for additional guests.

Off the main hall is a full bathroom, washer, dryer, and pantry.

The full-size kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.

The living room features a dining table with seating for six, a queen-size pullout couch, a 55-inch smart television, and an electric fireplace.

Feel free to use our storage closet located on the ground level to store your beach gear, or use the items we provide during your stay.

Fires are permitted on the beach from November 16 through April 30 with a permit that can be obtained through the town. (Check the Town of Oak Island website for more details.)

On the grounds of Southern Shore Villas you will find free covered designated parking, outdoor showers, barbecues, and a covered outdoor seating area.

Oak Island has instituted paid parking at the public beach access spots from April 1 through September 30 from 9 AM – 5 PM. You will not need a pass to park at our condo. We are as close to the beach as you can get without getting wet! If you would like a parking permit for other locations, you will need to obtain one from the Town of Oak Island in person or on their website.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive use of this condo and seasonal use of the community pool.

The Neighborhood

We are conveniently located within walking distance of Dairy Queen, gift shops, candy stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Getting Around

Park the car once and walk to the beach or nearby shops. There are bike, paddleboard, kayak, and golf cart rentals available right on the island.

Note: Charging stations are not allowed here.

Other Things to Note

The linen package, which includes bedding and towels for both the kitchen and bathroom, will be delivered by a third party to the front door on or before your arrival date.

Sheets and towels are provided for up to 4 guests. Additional guests require an additional $25 per guest (maximum 2 additional guests).

We will provide a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
