The spacious king master suite offers a full ensuite with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms provide ample space: one with a queen bed and TV, and the other a bunk room with a pyramid bunk bed and a standard bunk bed, accommodating up to 5. These rooms share a conveniently located full bath, and a walk-in laundry room with built-in cabinets completes the interior.

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.
**Not Pet-Friendly, but Perfect for Allergy Sufferers: Enjoy a clean, allergen-free environment, ideal for guests with sensitivities.
**Pool Heat Available on Request from Sept. 15th thru May 15th for $500 per week, $75 per night.
The daily rate applies for the entire duration of your stay, and pool heating cannot be requested for only part of your stay.
