"Wendy has done a great job of making the cottage pet friendly and she provides everything you need. The cottage is comfortable and there are board games, pet toys and a kitchen that holds all the items you need except the food to prepare a meal. The decorations are tasteful and not overdone. This is a very comfortable and charming place for a visit to Oak Island. "

"Lil Salty is the perfect beach house to really have a relaxing and fun beach vacation! The views are beautiful and really add to the enjoyment of the stay since you can constantly see the ocean. We loved ending our day on the beach just relaxing on the couch and watching the huge screen TV. The host couldn’t be any nicer or accommodating ! We will be back soon!"

"We loved our visit to Xanadu! The house was beautiful, well laid out, and well stocked with everything we needed. The welcome basket was such a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable as well. There are pictures of it in the pics and it's not how it looks in the pocs- its just a place where trash was thrown and there's trash stacked on top of the sinks etc so you can't use any of that area.
