This property has a beautiful Setting on the Shores of Lake Erie. It has beautiful enclosed back porch. Is plenty of spacious room for relaxation inside or out. you have your own private beach two houses away. Do you also have any room for a campfire or a nice cookout in the backyard. I prefer to sleep on the front porch and listen to the waves. Ther are always clean sheets, and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. You will like the shade From the big maple tree.

The property was a bit run down and we had some difficulties initially BUT the manager was very accommodating and quick to fix anything needed. It was a very peaceful stay and is located in a wonderful area.

We had a really good time. This little house was well stocked and very roomy. It is a home that i would stay at again. The neighborhood is quiet and the people there were very friendly.

Perfect Place for a much needed Lake Getaway!
My husband and I made the trip from Northern KY and had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect place and price for a much needed trip away! We went to see Port Clinton and Marblehead for pictures, experiences and wonderful lake time! Would love to bring family and friends next time for a longer stay!!

Friendly neighbors. Nice summer cabin. Swimming at East Harbor State Park was good. We appreciated the quiet place to rest after journeying out to area sights.

The property is a cozy beach house with down to earth amenities. Bedding and bath towels were clean and sufficient for three adults and one child. Front and rear porches provided added sleeping space and were very comfortable.

The property is very clean. It was pretty warm, since there were window A/C units in one bedroom and the living room only. Other than that, I have no complaints, though. It's a cute little place right across the road from the lake. It was perfect for what we needed.

Dirty fridge, freezer,stove (top & bottom. Fridge seals were moldy. Broken wall clock. No spare bulbs (missing in full bedroom side table lamp). Broken glass shade in laundry area. White chair in kitchen area is broken. Filthy blades and vents on portable fans.No hot water kettle. No facial tissues. Dirty lighted makeup mirror in bathroom under sink. Items in kitchen drawers/cabinets were in disarray. All towels, beds, bed linens were very clean. The bathroom toilet, sink and tub/shower were clean. Not a terrible place, but could be cleaned up a bit. Floors were clean but trim was a bit dirty. a brighter fresh coat of paint would be good for the kitchen cabinets.
