This quaint cottage, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Oak Bluffs, is perfect for a romantic getaway, a special place to bring your favorite friends, or a wonderful spot to have a family vacation. Some guests also choose to have a solo retreat to read, write, explore, and re-center. Cottage visitors comment on the welcoming feeling they experience as soon as they walk in the door, and the sweet simplicity of this cozy abode.

The Cottage sleeps 4 easily. There is a queen-sized futon on the ground level, and a king-sized sleeping loft. The living area has a comfy cozy futon, SmartTV, an activity/game drawer, and FREE WIFI. The kitchen contains a full-sized stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig machine - so bring your favorite k-cups! There is a washer/dryer for your use as well. There are plenty of towels and linens, so no need to bring your own.

After a full day of exploring, bike riding, shopping, or finding creative inspiration, enjoy a nice dinner or a bottle of wine on the attached deck. It's a perfect place for star gazing too!

There’s plenty to do within walking distance, and a taxi or public transportation can get you to the other Vineyard towns, so a car is not necessary (but it’s nice to have). The Cottage is a mile from Oak Bluffs Center and the town beaches, so a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride will bring you to either.

Loved the property. Small but very well-appointed,& comfortable. Owner Lori is delightful to work with and very helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Wonderful Vineyard Getaway!
What a perfect place to go for a romantic weekend getaway! The cottage was cozy and clean and gave us a great starting point from which to explore the Vineyard. We went in the off season and would certainly return to see it in the summer as well.

Charming Oak Bluffs Cottage
A very pretty, comfortable, clean cottage, with a very nice yard, in a great location on Martha’s Vineyard - a short walk to the center of Oak Bluffs, the ferry, and several nature preserves - I had a very enjoyable week there, exploring the island, relaxing, reading, practicing on my electric piano I’d brought along - Lori, the owner is very nice, easy to get in touch with, concerned to make everything pleasant - thanks Lori!

Amazing stay
We had a wonderfully amazing time. Me, my daughter and her 2 sons ages 4 and 5. We went to the beach every day and then either went out for dinner ir barbecued on the gas grill in the yard. Lori was available for any questions i had. The cottage is lovely. Want to go back every year.

The cottage was small but had everything we needed. Clean, safe quiet and very cozy. Great outdoor deck for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Walking distance to town perfect. Storybook Cottage
This cottage is right out of a fairytale. It is so quaint, cozy, and the perfect amount of space for me and my dad to share. The cottage had everything we needed and a market close by for food items. The charming cottage is in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to get to from the ferry and Oak Bluffs center. Lori is so sweet and she was so easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns. I can’t wait to go back!

Clean, cozy cottage
This cottage was PERFECT for our vineyard visit. Lori was professional and hospitable, the cottage was clean & comfortable, and it was very close in proximity to Circuit St. in Oak Bluffs. Within walking distance of Smoke & Bones and Tony's Market. Anderson's Bikes will also deliver to the house. The interior decor is just charming. The washer/dryer and full kitchen were very convenient. We could've stayed for a week or more. This was just right for us and our 3 small children. Lori gave some great recommendations to us and really went the extra mile in helping us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back!

Fun family reconnect on MV!
Our family with older teens had a wonderful stay in ‘The Cottage’! It’s petite but has everything you need and the kitchen and bathroom are plenty spacious. Loved the outdoor shower…really helps with getting ready and coming from beach. The actual cottage was very clean and well kept. The grounds needed some landscape trimming and the grass was a bit long. We also had a challenge upon arrival as keybox code provided by Vrbo was not correct and thankfully owner provided her cell # and responded immediately. Glad as well we had a jeep as the access road in to the neighborhood was a pretty bumpy dirt road. Everything was really great! Thank you. The Flanz Family

Charming and Cozy
My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the cottage in March of 2016. It's situated in a quiet and very convenient location off the main road, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops on Circuit Ave. The kitchen was well equipped with monogrammed flatware and fun gadgets we don’t have at home (special pancake-making pan, anyone?). We didn’t use it, but the outdoor shower would be great after a beach day. The ladder to the sleeping loft, luckily, has little grippy-things. It was easy once you got used to it, but older folks or those less steady on their feet might want to opt for the foldout bed on the ground floor, where an impressive DVD collection can also be found for those rainy days. There’s a certain added enjoyment of tiny living quarters. It feels like you’re using *just* the right amount of space. It was the perfect home base for our MV adventures. Perfection! I miss it already!
This little cottage is the sweetest place to stay. It's tiny, but perfect for a girls' weekend with my mom. We had the best time here, and the house was immaculate. Lori was so great to work with and always available if we had questions. You can see from the pictures that this house is adorable. What you don't see in the pictures is the brand new outdoor shower. If you stay on the Vineyard, you have to take outdoor showers...it's just the greatest bathing experience you can have. And you also don't see the adorable and peaceful dirt-road neighborhood. This place is literally right outside of the bustling downtown Oak Bluffs (walking or biking distance, easily), but you'd never know it. In the three days we were there, I am pretty sure we never saw another person/neighbor or car drive by. Coffee on the porch in our pjs in total privacy, except for the birdies singing. If you're looking for some peace, but don't want to be 30 minutes from town, this place is it! We plan on returning as often as possible. Thank you, Lori!
