If you love the beach, you'll be able to get there on a moment's notice with Joseph Sylvia State Beach a half-mile away and Inkwell Beach in Oak Bluffs a mile away. And if you're a golfer, you'll love being situated right on the edge of the Farm Neck Golf Club.

Time at this first-floor home will be relaxing and rejuvenating with everything you need to recharge in between all your adventures. When you're not dining out, you'll have a compact kitchen to make hearty meals at home. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. For entertainment, tune in to your favorite cable TV show or hop online thanks to the free WiFi. You'll have access to a shared laundry facility, as well as a picnic/barbecue area, and firepit. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
