He immediately moved us to another hotel down the street to ensure that we had a safe and comfortable stay. We felt taken care of and he provided some options for breakfast and how to begin the Camino the next day. "

"The check-in desk was in the restaurant located around the corner from the hotel. The clerk handed me four keys on a ring and walked with me to the hotel. The first key opened the building, the second opened a hallway that had four rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third key unlocked the room I booked and the fourth unlocked my private bathroom. As I entered the bedroom, it had an unpleasant smell and I mentioned this to the clerk who had no comment.
