"Also.... Umgebung im grossen gesehen, super! Aber rund ums Haus eine Katastrophe! Gras im Garten nicht gemäht, Sitzplatz ohne Stühle, die angepriesene Dachterasse schmutzig, keine Mückengitter oder Klimaanlage, war im oberen Stock stickig heiss und bei offenen Fenstern voller Mücken. Küchengeräte schmuddelig. Das Sofa im Erdgeschoss stammt wohl aus der Zeit von.... sorry, geht gar nicht! Das Haus wäre in gepflegtem Zustand ein wahres Schmuckstück.
