"L'horreur : Sale, la chmabre comme le prétendu hôtel qui n'est qu'une grande maison aménagée. Une odeur à faire vomir dans l'hôtel. Même la nourriture ne faisait pas propre. J'ai évité de manger certaines choses douteuses. Et les horaires : Petit déjeuner tardif à 9h pile (pas de période), et dîner très tôt comme les poules à 17 h ! Je ne suis même pas resté pour le petit déjeuner du second jour, du départ, pourtant payé. En fait, pour réserver, vous êtes obligé de prendre 2 jours ! La raison...

"The dogs and I, we returned back to the property. We absolutely loved the property, Cieszyn and the surrounding area. I would absolutely recommend it."

"The apartment is very comfortable, having all amenities someone may need. Very nice interior design, comfortable bed and sofa, nice dining area. The only minus that I would like to share is the communication with the host. When we arrived we were not sure we will be able to check-in (the office was closed and nobody was picking up the call on the phone number provided - Polish robot machine). Same situation for the check-out. Despite the communication, the apartment deserves 5 stars! "

"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "
