"Our stay was so pleasant, starting from the front desk, rooms, location, staff, dining experience and general ambience. We would give all these a 5 star rating. Limo the manager was very helpful, and together with his team were all very welcoming, very professional and accomodating. The hotel is located in the middle of the National park and overlooks Lake Nakuru and the hills around, giving a serene view. The rooms have an elongated glass on the side that allows the guests to have that nature view from the comfort of their beds. Each meal had a different menu, providing a nice variety. The staff at the dining were all amazing and very accommodating for the guests that had special dietary needs. During our last meal they surprised us with a beautiful cake to bid us farewell, and we really felt special. We cannot recommend the hotel enough. It is truly a gem, and will definitely be coming back and spreading the word. I would recommend guests to call the hotel to get information regarding the park fees and transportation beforehand, to make the whole experience unforgettable. "

"We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph.
