"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. "Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"

"The staff was literally outstanding!! The tent was gorgeous. Our major complaint was the food choice was very limited and not always geared to an 'American' consumer. We had a couple great meals and the rest were hard to enjoy since we don't eat seafood."

"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "
