"We party of 4 stayed at Lemontree in 2 rooms. It was a great experience with curteous staff. They offered excellent service from the time we check-in for 6 night stay. Initially we were given two rooms facing city, but because of street noice we requested for a change and they moved us to a different rooms next to each other. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service and a la carte menu items with both western , Italian, & south asian choices. Hotel is brand new with great interior...

"Hotel is conveniently located on MG Road which is prime arterial road and shopping area. Rooms need better sound proofing as there is incessant traffic noise. Staff needs to be more responsive and well trained. Had to continually chase for small requests. Hotel is pricey compared to the facilities it offers. Overall, hotel needs to invest considerably in staff training for a better client experience. "

"Stay was good. But hotel is still under setup. pool was not available though it was mentioned in the amenities. Many amenities are still being setup. reception did not meet 5 star hotel standards. Front desk staff just did not care about the guest who were arriving. We just had to care for ourselves. No special star hotel vibes. Breakdfast was good, here too they were not able to handle the year end crowd "
