"We had a little trouble with language when booking in, but further than that it was great. Just when you think you are lost you turn into the vineyard with the biggest house I have been in. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom stunning. Breakfast included a yogurt and lots of baked goods with juice and coffee. "This property is not only beautiful but also spotlessly clean. Te owner Luisa met us with the key and was very gracious. When she found out that I was in the area doing family research she immediately called her son to take us to the office and apply for the documents while the office was open. Luisa also gave us many options to restaurants, and places to visit in the area. The farm to table breakfast was wonderful. More then most hotels we stayed in. "This is a fantastic house with beatiful gardens and a great swimming pool. It is high above the local town so has stunning views as well. The hosts were fabulous and even made us a cherry pie for our arrival. You need to go here if you are in the area!"

"The apartment itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The grounds/ gardens were beautiful and a nice place to relax. We traveled in all directions and the location could not have been better, and the final joy was the town of Calvanico where we enjoyed sitting with the locals and being involved in Italian life."
