"My husband and I are in our 70’s, and made this reservation because the price seemed reasonable. We did not realize that rooms did not have bathrooms en suite, and were quite distressed when we got there and realized our mistake. BUT: we will return, better prepared (bathrobes!) because the place is wonderful. Super clean, new, tasteful decor. Excellent bathrooms. Good staff, good breakfast (WARM bread/rolls, meats and cheeses, freshly cooked and warm eggs, great coffee machine…) Also: excellent location steps away from U-Bahn stop Opernhaus (U2, which is the line that goes to airport), and Germanisches Museum. "

"The location is simply unbeatable, in the city center, walking distance to everything. The hotel is in an older building (but everything in the city center is), but it's the true German experience, so wear some earplugs, and enjoy the beautiful place."

"The Ibis is located near the Hauptbahnhof and within easy walking distance to the Christmas Market. Nurnberg is magical this time of the year. The breakfast was very good and the room was warm and spotless. I hope to return."
