- hotel doesn't provide basic amenities in the room
- when I asked the customer service to send me cotton buds. she asked me to come and take them from downstairs. I told her it wasn't acceptable and she eventually came up.
- pricing was 2,300$ in my booking. Right after check-in, I realized the pricing was 1,400$ if I booked it at that time. It was frustrating and I tried asking for them to compensate the difference, with no vain. It wasn't 100$ difference, it was basically worth 30% less
- The next day, the gentleman at the reception knew that we complained and dealt with us in a very rude manner. I'm not sure of his name but I asked him his nationality and he answered
- I booked a double room and ended up with 1 bed and the other was a sofa bed. The sofa bed was so huge, there was no room to even walk in the bedroom anymore. I tried convincing them to give me two single beds instead, but they claimed there was no availability although it was showing i could book that kind of room on the spot. They said they could switch us on the last 2 nights. [total 4 nights]
- the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and i could feel the metal while sleeping on it
- no Fridge in the room
- great location, 3 minutes walk from the central station
- really good restaurants surrounding the area
- basic breakfast. If you can book without it, you can grab much better things in the train station nearby
