"Great staff and facilities the room was spacious and modern, the grounds are meticulously maintained the breakfast choices were broad whether it was a hot or cold breakfast and very thing in between and you could either eat outside next to the pool or inside. In conclusion I would rate it as probably the best place that we have stayed in to date."

"We only booked this hotel for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. It is in a gorgeous vineyard and is a great place for families and couples- there is a beautiful pool but what stands out besides a great Room with luscious sheets and views looking at amy Etna is the hospitality of the staff. "A real agriturismo, with 1000 olive trees and 2000 orange trees. It's a well kept place, well maintained garden, a big swimming pool. Host speaks very good English. Everyone is very nice and heplfull in every way you need. We stayed here for two nights and used it as a base to visit Etna, Siracuza and of course also Gryfindor pub, which is just 20 minutes ahead. "At first we were a bit worried as we couldn't find the hotel in the sat nav, but then after we put in the coordinates we found on google maps, we found the gorgeous, serene and peaceful Ai Vecchi Crateri Hotel! We had the beautifully designed room 9 which is on the 1st floor with the view of the hotel's outdoor and pretty communial area. "Nonostante fino a pochi secondi prima fossimo stati al telefono con una collaboratrice esterna, al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad aprirci e una volta riusciti a entrare (sfruttando l'apertura del cancello da parte di un altro ospite) ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a trovare qualcuno che desse le chiavi della camera. Non dico "che ci desse informazioni" perché non ne abbiamo ricevute, né ne abbiamo trovate in camera. Nessuna info ad es. sull'utilizzo del wifi, che infatti non abbiamo mai potuto...
