"Hotel needs major renovation. The TV did not work at all. Filthy gutters surrounding the building smell awful and mosquito infestation. The restaurant has minimal items on the menu. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. "

"I think that my money for three night should be refunded to me. I was able to locate the hotel but was told by the hotel management that the rooms are all booked. Being my first time in Ghana I was highly disappointed. I need my money back because the services was not rendered."

"The hotel was clean and the added breakfast everymorning was a great touch. A variety in the breakfast menu aside from bread, tea, eggs and sausage would be an excellent touch. One thing though was that a spa was advertised as being on site however the nearest spa is outside the hotel and not really affiliated to the hotel. I dont feel it is right to advertise a service you dont provide. This does not take anything away from your excellent service at the hotel, it only adds a little...
