"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. Communication was excellent and easily navigated entry and pre-booked parking space which was safe and secure. "Our host Vikki was very helpful, reaching out to locals to find where we could watch a cricket match, which happened to be within easy walking distance to the Minster Lovell ruins. Perfect start to our first trip to England. "

"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Apt. quite small. Had a cluttered feel. A bit grubby in places. We had to clean the shower, sinks and kettle before use. Area quiet with about a 10 minute walk to Oxford. Buses ran regularly, which was helpful."

"A unique and stunning property with amazing views over the River Thames. Folly Bridge House is perfectly located for central Oxford. Catriona and Kevin were so kind and helpful. I would recommend Folly Bridge House to anyone coming to Oxford."

"We had a lovely weekend. The apartment was spotless and had comfy beds and sofas. It was well-equipped with all the essentials and more. The location was ideal. It's a 2-min walk to get the bus into town (which takes around 10 minutes). There are also several good restaurants nearby.
