The breakfast was outstanding and even had crispy bacon, not normal in most European hotels - it’s usually undercooked and floppy. "The Saarbrucken B and B gives you a great view of the railway tracks if you are on that side of the hotel. But the noise did not bother me, even with the window open. It was surprisingly quiet most of the night except for a few huge freight trains. My room and bathroom were always kept clean and tidy. The room had all the basics, except for a proper enclosed wardrobe. I would have really liked that as opposed to the open rail with three hangers. The buffet breakfast was fine, with a good choice of cereals, fruit, meats, yoghurt, etc. And the location was great. Five minutes walk to the north end of the rail station central underpass. Less than ten minutes to the bus and tram stops at the south end. Less than twelve minutes to the major shops. "

"The property was very convenient for getting around to bars and restaurants and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help. Rooms were a little small but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with s little of everything. Would recommend it and definitely stay there again."
