"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). Einfach nur frech...
"Wir hatten das Haus eigentlich für zwei Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Das Haus wurde uns dreckig übergeben wofür wir auch noch 50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen mussten. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist und es waren nur 5 Stühle vorhanden wovon auch noch zwei kaputt waren!!! ..."
