This is 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. This Villa has been converted into a single unit rather than a lock-off (side A & B). Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family vacation!

A cleaning fee of $65 is required and will be used toward the final cleaning of the villa. Additional cleaning can be purchased and coordinated through the concierge upon arrival.

Cancellation Notice:
Regardless of when cancelled, Holiday rentals are non-refundable. However, if the Owner re-rents the Premises for that same period, Owner will refund that portion of the rent paid that is recovered by Owner re-renting the Premises for that same period less: 1) a $500.00 USD administration fee; AND 2) the VRBO fees (including “service fees”), if any.

Thanksgiving – November 19th – November 30th, 2021
Christmas & New Year’s December 18, 2021 – January 9, 2022

With the exception of Holiday rentals, reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. If cancelled between 30 – 60 days before commencement of rental period, 50% will be refunded. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days from the commencement of the rental period, the entire amount is non-refundable.
