Enjoy your relaxing tropical vacation in an inviting nautical-themed condo located in the marina in the peaceful, lush setting of Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. All of the comforts of home have been made available to you to make sure your Mexican holiday is complete. Our updated condo is ready for your arrival – all that is left to do this book your ticket!

**We have a Social Membership** For a single fee, guests staying in our condo for 14 days or more can access the Beach Club(located at Playa Royale), the El Tigre Sports and Racquet Club, the "wet" areas at the Hacienda Spa and receive a discount on golf fees at El Tigre during their stay.

Upon your arrival the friendly staff and security guard will be waiting to assist you. We promise you’ll be impressed with the cleanliness of the condo complex and the beautiful gardens that surround it.

The condo is on the fourth floor of a 4th floor condo building, conveniently located around the corner from the elevator and stairs. The condo’s large private, covered balcony faces south over the marina and has some sun and shade all day. There are full sliding glass doors to access it from the living room and master bedroom.

There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker for your convenience. The fridge has an icemaker and water is filtered. We have provided non-breakable plates for you to use poolside at the Marina Residence pool or take with you on a picnic. This is a stocked kitchen and offers every thing from margarita glasses to baking sheets to make long stays feel even more like home.

The living room is bright and spacious featuring extra sleeping space with a sofa hide-a-bed. All of the furniture has been recovered in bight and inviting fabrics with extra padding for comfort. The living room has a new 54” TV with a VCR/ DVD player and a CD player. Rest assured that you can easily stay connected with friends or family back home as wireless internet is available at no additional charge. There is a desk in the living area for your laptop. A beautiful chandelier is over the large dinning table that can seat 8.

There is Telmex wireless internet - exclusive use and not shared with other suites in the building. There is a telephone line for local calls and incoming international calls.

We have a 'take a book leave a book' drawer, family board games, some sand toys, beach toys (air mattresses and noodles) and other sports equipment available for use. Do not bother to pack bulky beach towels as they are included. This is our family condo and everything is available to make you holiday complete. Mi casa es su casa!

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. The second bathroom is a large ensuite that features an oversized walk-in shower and ample counter space. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

There is a patio table on the covered balcony with comfortable Sunbrella chair pads. The balcony has two lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the warm sun and the view – of course! As the condo overlooks the marina there is lots to see with boats coming and going during the daytime hours.

The large master retreat (Azul Marino) features a Sealy pillow topped king-sized bed. The room has two closets, 2 - two drawer nightstands and a full set of drawers. There is a safe located in the master bedroom closet. A smaller TV is located in the wall unit and full sliding glass doors exit out onto the balcony.

The second bedroom (Rojo) has two Sealy pillow topped double/matrimonial sized beds. There is a large six-drawer dresser with mirror and a 2-drawer nightstand that will allow you to settle in for your stay.

Full maid services are available.

Very nice stay in the heart of Nuevo vallarta! Only complaint is that the mattresses could maybe be replaced with new firmer ones. Otherwise… perfect!

Clean, private, and wonderful condo complex
Everything at this location was great. Accessibility to all sorts of shopping as well as the marina within a one minute walk. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool area is quiet and well maintained. Condo complex is in a very private corner of the Nuevo Vallarta marina. Definitely a place i would love to stay at again.

Fantastic Value and Location!
I stayed here the week between Christmas and New Years 2014 with my son and my parents. The condo was well appointed and maintained and was a perfect base of operations for exploring the surrounding area and beautiful beaches nearby. The large patio and dining area overlooking the Yacht Club was also a big hit. The owner was responsive and helpful and the staff at the condo were great. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to others!

Very nice Condo
The property and surrounding area is excellent. One minor flow was the tv in the bedroom in old and we could not get it to work. The beach access and sports facilities are 15 to 20 walks away. Everything else was very close and convenient; shopping, restaurants etc.

If this condo would have been on the beach we would have rated it excellent!!! Very clean and well run complex next to all amenities needed for our two month stay!! Had a great time doing the tour package thing every week! Swimming in the lovely pool daily! Fabulous weather of course!! Loved the meals at Vallarta Yacht Club right in front of our condo unit! The canal trip was awesome with Tony ....see him at the dock every day!! I could go on and on but you have to experience this for yourself!!

Nice,clean and with many extras.
The location is excellent, in a few steps we were right where the water taxi is parked. The condo had everything that a family might need,and more, the books, the games,radio,tv's etc.... am greatfull cause it rained pretty much all the time we stayed there, no one controls the weather so we used a lot of the amenities in the condo making the staying enjoyable. A shopping center with a small market where we found all we needed with all kinds of foods, and it's right next to the parking lot. The people there were great, friendly and helpful. In a few words I would definitely go back and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks so much Karen for sharing your place with me and my family.

Superb in Every Respect
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay in this spacious and comfortable condo with a great view of the Yacht Club and Paradise Village Marina. The amenities provided by the owner and the condo association only added to the attractiveness of this two bedroom condo. The property and the grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool is delightful and there is no hesitation by the management to assist the occupants in their enjoyment of the facility and nearby attractions. The adjacent shopping mall is filled with specialty stores and restaurant opportunities as well as a full service grocery store with well stocked shelves. Transportation to nearby attractions or into Puerto Vallarta by taxi or bus is readily available in front of the mall. All in all this is a suberb condo in a superb location. Highly recommended!

Perfect in Every Way
If you want the perfect condo in the best location in Nuevo Vallarta, this is it! The owner makes every effort to insure your comfort and pleasure. My wife and I were privileged to enjoy this condo for seven weeks in January and February 2019. This was our second extended stay in this condo and we could not be more pleased. The addition of the Sports Package was the icing on the cake and really added to our enjoyment. The adjacent shopping mall provides easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and a fully stocked grocery store. Transportation to nearby attractions and to Puerto Vallarta via bus or taxi is available just outside mall. The condo management team is superb as well. This condo has the highest recommendation from a couple thathave been vacationing in Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta for 25 years.

Great Condo!
We are frequent visitors to the Paradise Village area, and this was our first time in the Marina Residences. The condo setup was eactly as shown in the pictures, very accurate and very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and then some. There we some spices and oil above the stove which was nice to have. There were also some dishwasher tablets beneath the kitchen sink. We have been so conditioned to bring out ow supplies it was refreshing to see the condo already had it all. Our children loved the Wifi speed, which registered over 100 Mbps throughout the condo. We also took advantage of the Social Membership and getting the cards was easy. We picked the membership cards at the Beach Club, and the office is just to the right of where you get beach towels. We spent every day at the Beach Club and worked out in the afternoons at the El Tigre fitness center. I was skeptical about staying somewhere new, but I'm glad we did. It was a near-perfect vacation for us!! I have no doubt we will be returning visitors to the condo.

Nuevo Paradise
Our stay in "Paradise" may have been at "Marina Residences", but it is located adjacent to Paradise Resort and also Paradise Shopping Mall. The mall has a great little market, restaurants, hair and nail salons and a few shops with Mexican clothing or shoes. The condo could not be in a better location. This suite has a view of the marina and the Yacht club building (some very noisy renovations on-goimg, hopefully soon done!). Karen has everything you need in the suite from towels to dishes, to wifi. And we took advantage of the El Tigre social membership as we are pickleball players. There is only one concern we had and that was the need for a walk in shower in the master bathroom, oh there is a bathtub and shower but it is a beast to get into! I am certain that will come in time as these suites are beautiful and certainly have great potential. But there are two full bathrooms and one does have a stand up shower. We would recommend this condo and this location and yes...we will be back to Nuevo! Our stay was during the month of January 2017.

Staying 4 months at the marina residence
We stayed for 4 months at the condo. The property is in great shape, the grounds keepers keep the place spotless. The condo was in a very convenient area to get around. We had no real need to rent a car, as uber and taxis were a 2 minute walk away. The condo itself was in good shape, maid service came in weekly and changed bedding and towels and mopped the floors. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Best Stay ever
Pto Vallarta is a great place to spend vacations. We stay for 28 days, 3 Adults and 3 kids, the location is perfect, a mall across the parking lot make it very easy to get food if you don't want to cook, several restaurants options plus fast food and supermarket (Steps away). The best part really is the location. You can access public transportation and you can go to Walmart, Cinemas, Pto Vallarta and other beaches away like Bucerias, Manzanilla, Sayulita. So be assured that you may not need a car, we didn't rent one. Public access to the beach is difficult in Nuevo Vallarta so take the Beach Club membership option is strongly suggested especially with Kids you will find it fun. At the beach club, The Beach is great, the pool and the restaurant and the prices are very reasonable ($2 +/- a beer a Cheeseburger with fries $5 +/- ). The weekly pass is not expensive at all. The 7 days pass cost for a week will be the same price for only one day pass in any other beach club. If you don't take it you will end up using other beach club passes more expensive. The apartment is very well maintained, beds are comfortable and you can find all you need in the kitchen and more. The wifi is a plus, I used for work and speed is good, all adults and kids have connected no problem. The pool and the common areas are also well maintained, all the personal (Security and admins) treat you with respect and very friendly. Karen the owner is very responsive to all our inquiries, the instructions are clear and she was always helpful with all the question we asked (and we asked a lot) For day tours to any place like Marietas, Arcos etc there is a kiosk in the corner on the street of Paradise Hotel and the prices are the best compared to any other places, don't forget to ask for a discount. All resort will try to invite you for a tour to check out the facilities to sell you a timeshare in exchange for a free something (tour, cash, car rental, etc). It will be your choice, we didn't do it. In General, we recommend Karen's place great stay, great with kids and Seniors.

Beautiful and relaxing.
This place was perfect. One bedroom with King bed and on suite bathroom, and another with two fulls. Had everything we needed to cook, and the place was immaculate. The owner was very accommodating with a couple of date changes we had to make, as we were scheduling around a regatta. Perfect home base for about 3 weeks. Next time we are in Nuevo Vallarta, we'll be staying here again. -Brian

Amazing and so clean!!
The location was amazing, staff was so nice and accommodating, everything was clean. It felt like a home away from home. Had a little market across the street if you needed groceries. Karen had everything set up perfectly for our arrival and if we had and questions she was easily contacted. Would for sure stay here again over anywhere else. Overall experience was 10/10!

This Condo was amazing and has everything!
We have just returned from staying in this beautiful Marina Residences condo and had such a great time while staying there.The Condo was equipped with everything as advertised and was so clean! The whole development was kept immaculate during our entire stay.The best part is,it is in such a convienient location to shopping,Coffee shops ,restaurants and catching public transportation or taxis are right out the back door.All the staff were so nice and helpful . Karen the owner was so responsive to all our emails and concerns we never felt unsure about anything.We are planning to return next year and hopefully many more years to come.We really didn't want to leave and come home! The whole experience has been top rate and I would recommend to anyone interested don't wait to book this gem!

Fantastic Condo
This condo is located in a fantastic quiet location. Wonderful view to the Yacht Club from our balcony. The condo comes equipped with just about everything you could possible need. The pictures online are a true description of the condo. The Communication between the property owner Karen and us was impeccable! You won't be disappointed with a stay at this place. We will be staying here on our next trip to Nuevo Vallarta!

We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday at Karen's luxurious condo. We loved the bbq by the perfect temperature pool, the convenient location near the yacht club for fishing charters and water taxis & near the mall for groceries/ATM and just a short walk to the beach. The balcony has a lovely view of the marina. Best of all, it's quiet and peaceful with all the comforts of home. The manager Maria Luiza was unbelievably generous to us. Great birthday memories!
