Basically you can access all the common areas of the building, only on Tuesdays 8am to 4 pm pool equipment is cleaned which makes the pool closed during those hours
Other things to note
Our accommodation works 100% with electricity, because it is a tourist area, the cost is very high, so in order to offer competitive rates, we ask strongly, they help us with the rational use of electricity consumption as follows:
When leaving the accommodation, we invite you to disconnect the central air conditioning control, it is not necessary to have on all the time., it only takes five minutes for the place to reach a pleasant temperature.
In fact it is very uncomfortable in the evenings because the equipment is very powerful, and it really cools in a considerable way.
The ideal temperature to cool the place is 23 degrees Celsius, it is very easy to adjust the equipment to that temperature.
If you like to have the doors of the balcony or room open, we invite you to be the same procedure and disconnect the air conditioning equipment.
This way you will experience a pleasant comfort. without excessive team effort. And with this you will help us, above all, to take care of the environment and reduce the excessive cost of electricity.

*NO parties are allowed.
*No smoking inside the house
*Avoid staining of towels. Cost of $400 per large stained towel and $100 per hand towel.
*After 10 pm it is requested to reduce the noise to less than 50 dB
* the bins to deposit the trash are located on the side of the Service staircase, please help us keep our place clean, that talks about the education of each of us.
* We invite you to close the balcony doors when you are inside the unit, we ask that you disconnect the air conditioning equipment to reduce the consumption of electricity.
*Please take care of the furnishings and decor items. Charges apply for objects damaged.
* We remind you that it is not allowed to introduce glass containers (bottles and glasses) to avoid any mishap inside the common areas.
* Help us to take care of the healthy coexistence in the common areas, in the regulation they indicate that the volume of music must be reasonable and thus avoid calls from Atencion or fines to owners.
*Common areas close at 10:00 pm.
* upon arrival at the Reception you will be handed the access card to the elevator and common areas such as gym and departure to the Marina. we strongly ask you to return that card which is a tool to continue with the accommodations.
* the cost for the loss or not returning the card is $1,000.00 Mexican pesos ($50.00 usd) that you can pay in the reception area in the Lobby.
