The perfect Condo, for families and friends,the apartment has Internet, air conditioning in all rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for 8 people. It also has 3 pools, 2 of which are infinity pools,green areas a peaceful sanctuary to rest and relax with Friends and Family, third level.

Private beach Excellent location very close to the best local restaurants and nightclubs, just 5 minutes away from a Big Grocery Store, and ten minutes away from Bucerias, a Beautiful town by the breeze of the ocean, where you will find the best seafood restaurant offered by Pto and Nvo Vallarta.
Only parking for one car.
More cars have a fine of 500 mxn each and are subject to availability (20 -December- 10- January extra parking spots not available)

Great stay

I love the layout of this condo and it was clean and comfortable! The poolside bar was great for drinks and food. I wish they heated the pools and I wish there were a few more amenities (hooks for towels, salt, pepper, toilet paper) but overall a really great stay at a beautiful place!

The resort is lovely. This condo has a great view. This condo needs to be maintained. Definitely need some deck furniture. They could provide BBQ utensils. Need new linens and towels Also not a condo for 8, at most 6 people.

La administración del desarrollo no es buena. Se hace check in en caseta en lugar de lobby, no puedes usar pelota que se infla en la alberca y sería mejor poner palapas en la playa para poderte tapar más del sol
