"Reception was brisk but clear- other than that nobody was around. My only real complaint was that my ground floor room window opened at street level and had to be closed to avoid street noise and exhaust- upstairs rooms would be preferable. Otherwise a picturesque and comfortable stop in a small town on the camino del norte. A good breakfast was available in a nearby café (Misaires)."

"The hotel, once found, was well situated on the outskirts of the village of Nueva de Llanes in Asturias, suitable for exploring Asturias. Unfortunately both sat nab and Google maps takes you to an apartment building in the village. The room was small and overlooked the roof of the cafe, by which cats obviously accessed, with the sometimes overpowering smell of cats. The shower head was broken. To be fair, I kept forgetting to report it and only remembered when I was checking out. Hot water...

"Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information. There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."

"This apartment was just right for the two of us (though there is room for more). We loved the covered patio overlooking the neighborhood and hills where we could sit and enjoy our meals. The bed was very comfortable and the host Sibille was so friendly and very accommodating. She has supplied the place with everything you need and more. There’s also an awesome friendly dog who will go on walks with you."
