"My only complaint is the road to get to the container villa is so obviously made for a one way but the kurokawa onsen village decided that traffic can struggle to figure out who has the right of way and reverse in the middle of the road… very dangerous but any who.. "Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. "We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification.
