"He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!"

"The property is steps from the beach. Beautiful tree filtered views of Bay. Well equiped and high quality. The big AC was needed and we loved the hot outside shower. The funky art an added bonus. Great quality sheets too. Internal stairs are steep. We will return. Loved it all. "

"We loved staying at this beautiful little house - it was the perfect home away from home for our family. The cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough and the spa didn’t work for the majority of our stay (though it was super super hot so we didn’t need it on). All in all a fantastic house, stay and good communication. We will be back for sure."

"Luke's place though a bit older has all the amenities and the owner has spent money upgrading the facilities and appliances. The crockery and pots pans were all there. Unlike other places which have 6 cups and 10 Saucers ! The other consumables were all topped up even the Mosquito repellent and Firelighter. The place is literally walking distance from the beach and one can hear the waves breaking on the shore. We were very happy with the stay and would go back another time."

"The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. "Wonderful location. Wonderful home. Even the wild weather was spectacular. Unexpected issues: 1. The dishwasher and microwave had not been cleaned for a long time and we had to do this. This should be done after every renter. 2. Insufficient bin liners. 3. A vase of dead flowers was on the table when we arrived. 4. There was insufficient toilet paper for our stay. 5. The TV in the lower lounge area should be set up with free to air channels."

"We did not have the best weather for our weekend stay but this was more than compensated for by this incredible house. The hot tub and outdoor undercover dining meant that we could entertain despite the rain and the indoor fireplace made everything cozy. Equipped with everything you would need in terms of condiments, pots and pans etc it was super convenient. Literally is on the beach with an amazing long strip of shoreline which the dogs and toddler loved. Plenty to do for our son with games,...

"The Protestant Hall was our mini honey moon before our actual honey moon. It was a gorgeous, romantic, quiet getaway. Such a picturesque property. All the amenities were awesome. Fire place was awesome. Highly recommend!"

"Nice place and beautiful area to enjoy some peace and quiet in the off-peak of summer. House was comfortable and most things provided, but it was obvious no-one had swept around prior to our arrival. Master bed was terrible, needs replacing, however would still consider staying here again in the future."

"We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and perfectly situated right on the river with stunning views of the opposite bush.We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. The property manager was very responsive and polite. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and they promptly offered to resolve it immediately. "Lovely, cozy, interesting. Very well located to Fitzroy Falls, which has some nice walks. Numerous wineries within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Host is intriguing, helpful, near by but not imposing. Kitchen is pretty limited - yay!Hooved neighbors were good listeners. "
