"There are only two relatively good premium rooms with one shared terrace in the main building facing the river Ken. Other rooms are poor. Delux rooms in cottages are very bad and dirty. The territory is not clean and garbage in everywhere especially along the perimeter of the property. Food is good. Service is poor."

"We loved this place! Great staff. Lovely swimming pool and gardens both beautifully maintained. Chef did a special curry for me when I explained what I wanted. Super kind and lovely food. International food too. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. We walked to the Temples. Easy. Also easy to get a tuk tuk outside the hotel. We got a tuk tuk to the waterfalls which worked really well and gave us a great opportunity to see the local countryside. "

"I moved out of the property on very next day afternoon and requested property owner to refund back balance payment for early moving for remainder days. But, he refused to pay as I left early. Also, he used unusable words for me as he didn’t like my early move out. As such, any one booking this Hotel should think many times before making advance payment."
