When you open front door the WOW factor rushes from your mouth.A short walk to the beach, a short drive (go to Floreat Beach to enjoy free bbq, lush green lawned area, kids playground and fabulous viewing of the sunset).picnic dinner. "1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. "Best location, we went to the beach every morning with the boogie boards and the kids had a blast. It was clean but definitely in need of a renovation. The sliding door is difficult to open, the main hot plate and grill elements need replacing, the taps are difficult to turn off. But everything you need is there and the location was the absolute greatest. Night markets Thursday on the beach front were amazing! "

"Observation rise is a large and spread out apartment complex on the beach side of the highway. It is an older facility which means that the apartments are a good size with generous balconies. Our apartment had been refurbished and was updated with modern and functional fixtures and fittings. The pools and gym are a good size and the apartments are private. This is the second time we have stayed at Observation Rise (different apartment last time). I would happily recommend it as a place to base...

"Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise. "
