Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "Very nice hotel by the lake. Very good selection of food (half board) and local beer. Rooms comfortable in good size. Will be good to have a small fridge in the room. Nice but not too big swimming pool."

"Amazing value - breakfast/dinner included and the quality was very good. Everybody was friendly. My room was very clean and I really appreciated AC. I would stay there again. If you expect “Marriott experience” it’s not for you. "

"This is area has no Uber but accessible by taxi and bus. Castle above is beautiful and you can booked hotel inside to stay. I have a wonderful time here. Staff was helpful to guide me to the right bus and place to go. Thank you Hotel Vabank I recommend this place "

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

"Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy.
