A lot of potential, but fell short for us...
First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but since I arrived late at night, I collapsed right to bed and didnt notice the old soap bar until I showered the next day, nor the dirty duvet cover (I noticed it when I started inspecting the room more closely). When I reported these things, the receptionist that dealt with my report was understanding, and sent a cleaning crew to our room right away - but, that doesn't fix how gross it was... and I was not offered any kind of discount or any gesture to offset that our room had not been properly cleaned. When you stay at a four star resort, you do expect a minimum level of comfort, cleanliness, and service. Clearly this place needs to focus more on the cleanliness. I can say this is true because after the cleaning crew had been to the room - they left our dirty glasses there but tipped them over so the lips of the glasses were touching the bathroom counter (not with a paper under) and the old bar of soap... so, pretty much they just changed the bedding I guess... communication issues?

De kamer is proper. Het zetelbed voor een 3e persoon is ok maar zeker niet luxueus. Consumpties zijn prijzig. Het is er overal zeer druk (augustus). Klein zwembad en de stoelen worden al extreem vroeg gereserveerd met handdoeken. Strandstoelen zijn betalend.

Schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht für eine erholsame Urlaubswoche. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und auch die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Hotelanlage muß man erwähnen. Novigrad ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Hotel in gepflegter Gartenanlage mit Pool und direkt am Meer. Hervorragendes Essen vom Buffet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nette sehr saubere Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.Einziger Vermuthstropfen man muß so für einiges Extra bezahlen z.b Liegen am Meer und alles was im Gameroom zum spielen ist Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder.

Überall überaus freundliches Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind nicht übergroß aber für was auch? Dafür sind sie auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr modern eingerichtet. Am Pool wie auch die Lounge ist sehr gemütlich und lädt von der ersten Sekunde weg zum Entspannen ein. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Meer und auch bei der Event Location „Punto Mare“. Absolut zu empfehlen ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Ein durch und durch gelungener Urlaub.

Am ankunftstag bekamen wir um 9 Uhr Vormittag bereits Handtücher für den Pool. Diese Handtücher können öfters pro Tag getauscht werden. Ab 15 Uhr bezogen wir das Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Alles neu eingerichtet in den Speriorzimmer seaside mit Meerblick. Genügend Steckdosen. Keine Reisestecker notwendig. Aussenpools perfekt und sauber. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Halbpension besonders gut. Täglich andere Speisen. Toilettartikel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Fön, Duschgel und Body Logen von Rituals. Taglich geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der perfekteste Urlaub den wir in diesen Zeitraum machen könnten. Wir reisten in KW 26 vor Ferienbeginn.
