"PROS The property is very nice and well located in a quiet town of Noves. There were plenty of rooms and a nice yard and a pool. The property is definitely very beautiful and can accommodate a large group. It was just the 5 of us . CONS The communications with the property manager were not so good. Hard to reach them when we were planning the the trip. In addition there were small things like there were no garbage bags , dish washer detergent , kitchen towels or enough toilet paper. "Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
