"Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. "

"The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. The house itself is very comfortable with a great layout.Massimo is the perfect host- providing so much great information on what to see and do in Venice. "

"Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice."

"This apartment is very comfortable, with modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. The location on the canal is excellent, with restaurants and bars nearby, a short walk from the vaporetto stops and easy walking distance to most parts of Venice."

"Beautiful home, tucked away in the countryside, with all the accommodations of home. Our host, Marziano, was very welcoming and kind. Marziano was quick to answer our questions and had lots of suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing. There is a train station about 10 minutes away. Would stay again!! "

"Had a great time at Maria and Carlo’s place. Such a treat to have Carlo meet us when we arrived, give us an understanding of surroundings, and recommendations since it was our first time. Appreciated them arranging water taxis to and from the train station as well. Would totally stay again! "

"Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wished to go from this location. Luca was pleasant with check in process, even showed us how to make coffee!"

"Host spoke great English, came looking for me to be sure I arrived safely. Apartment w/ rear private courtyard and lg front courtyard was very quiet and very easy to find once you know where it was. Navigating Venice is not for the faint of heart."

We also enjoyed days at the local thermal baths in Montegrotto Terme. We loved the restaurants, shopping and market in Montegrotto Terme. Antonella was a fantastic hostess. "We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

"We spent 9 nights at Cabeldi B&B. Check-in was smooth, Noemi told us everything we should know, even printed out a train timetable to Venice and told us where we should go to the closest beach. The house was really spacious, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure in shower. Really big kitchen with everything we needed. We noticed mosquito net is not used in Italy but it would be useful. In the evening there were many mosquitoes and better to keep the windows shut and deal...
