"It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. "The entire staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Pool area was very clean and convienient as well as the gym! Rooms were amazing and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The mall is close by and there is a row of great restaurants and entertainment. "
