Welcome to Villa Novalis with Pool II near Novalja on Pag island – a famous destination known for its nightlife all over the world!

A lovely 2-floor villa has a great location, in a peaceful neighborhood. The villa’s estate of 600 m2 is encircled by a fence and a wall, offering peace, privacy, and a lovely sea view!
Villa Novalis with Pool II is located 1 km from the Babe beach and 7 km from the famous Zrce beach. Novalja town is 3,5 km away, so we recommend having a car.
The property is spacious and has a child-friendly manicured garden, full of autochthonous herbs and flowers. A highlight of the estate is a large outdoor swimming pool. A wooden sundeck is equipped with an outdoor shower and cozy beach chairs is a place where you can unwind in the sun. Outdoor sitting furniture in front of the villa will be great for a family gathering.
The ground floor of the villa has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a flat-screen TV. One bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed are also on the ground floor. This bedroom has an exit to the terrace with a pool.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the dormitory with 3 bedrooms is. Each bedroom on the first floor has a terrace. From here you can enjoy the mesmerizing views of the sea and the nearby beach.
Villa Novalis II is completely covered with Wi-Fi and has parking for its guests.
Pag island has a moon-like surface. It is known for its traditional needle lace and Pag sheep cheese. We recommend trying traditional Dalmatian cuisine and different sorts of superb Dalmatian wine.

Overpriced Party House
This was the worst rental experience of my life. These houses were built super close together and quickly. Many issues in the house, sparsely appointed, showers flood, wash machine wasn’t available right away and didn’t work immediately. No pool towels. There was nothing quiet about this neighborhood- it’s was the opposite. EXTREMELY LOUD electronic music starting at 5AM and property manager has no control over anything. I could write a book of complaints. I spend the entire 10 days complaining (and I am not a complainer! This was that bad) although the staff were very nice people (there’s no manager to speak of), we were thoroughly ripped off. You want to have Zrce (the beach nightclubs that bring the people flocking to Novalja) in your home/backyard 24/7? This is the place for you. We were duped!
