"A terrific property set in a quiet location close to Nottingham Road amenities. A perfect place to base to explore the Midlands. Staff were excellent - we were the only two guests staying at the time and were extremely well looked after."

"We were breaking our journey, so only there overnight, but it was a great stay. Wonderful having the animals strolling outside. Ideally a longer stay would be better to experience more that's on offer. Facilities were good. Direction signage could be better placed. "

"The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch."

"Our only gripe would be potholes en route but that is not the owner's fault & hopefully will be remedied."
