This house is fully furnished with linen, towels, Wi-Fi and Netflix also included and so, therefore, is set up perfectly for you in this transition. In short, we can provide everything you need to keep you as safe as possible.
The space
The Arthouse Nottingham is a freshly renovated, spacious five bedroom home from home. Owned by a family of artists, it features original art and photography throughout the period property.

There is a kitchen diner, which has a dining table with seating for six, a breakfast bar, solid oak countertops, gas hob with double electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge freezer and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Great for foodies and entertaining.

The living room has a 55" 4k Samsung TV with Amazon prime, mood lighting, original wooden flooring and ample seating setup to make this a perfect place to relax in comfort and watch films.

The 5 bedrooms range from sizeable to even bigger, and can sleep from five up to ten people. There are two bathrooms.

Safety for our guests and our staff has always been a top priority for Prim Short Stays. We want our guests to know that we are doing everything we can to provide clean and safe accommodation.

As our guests are key workers every effort is in place so that we can provide an essential service, and ensure our guests and our staff can be as safe as possible. With current government advice on the lifespan of the virus on surfaces and in the air we no longer provide same day turnarounds to provide sufficient time for a thorough clean post each guest departure.

We ask that you adhere to the check in and check out times to allow for safety precautions. However special requests will be considered on a per stay basis.

This accommodation is self check-in, self-contained large family house with its own entrance, and has on street parking available with the permit provided. There are supermarkets nearby, with options for click and collect or home delivery so you can stock up with whatever you’ll need during your stay. The parks and green spaces are open, so you can delight in going for a morning run or an evening stroll should you fancy it. This property is not only open and spacious, it is comfortable, secure and will be the perfect home away from home, with room for all the family.
