- Bedroom no. 1: a south-facing bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and linen (draw sheet, duvet, pillows) and a dressing area.
- Bedroom n°2 : a south-facing bedroom with a 140*190 bed and its linen set (sheet, duvet, pillows) and a chest of drawers.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail
- A separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace with a table, four chairs and an electric barbecue
- A garden overlooking the marshes
- Possibility of parking your car on the grounds of this property
