On the garden level (basement), there is a TV room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a space for storing ski equipment in winter and bicycles in summer, as well as the wellness area consisting of a spa and a sauna, as well as a shower with toilet.

The chalet is located in the Mont Rond area, approximately 800 meters from the ski lifts and all necessities.
