"The staff and meals were outstanding"

"I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. "There is a playroom for kids, karaoke, and a beautiful onsen with a fantastic view. The room, however, was smaller than expected with a bunk bed. Consider going with an upgraded room if that will be a problem. "

"The views were amazing! We had a Japanese style room with a view on the water - it was mesmerising. You can fall asleep while listening to the waves. Overall, the property is a bit out dated, but there is a lot to do (onsens, shopping for souvenirs, bar, drumming show). The location is walking distance to the town and cafes, and the lantern museum on the shore. "
