detached house is situated in the historic center of Noto, (Via Antonio Sofia). It 'a recently renovated apartment with two large and bright rooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful garden. It is a comfortable house, very quiet, ideal for a couple, even with child.
L 'apartment is comfortable and very quiet, with air conditioning. It has a large living room equipped kitchen with everything. Room has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
There is a nice garden, equipped with umbrellas, chairs, table, barbecue, outdoor shower and a hammock.
The apartment can be reached by car and in the next street is easily located parking.
Nearby you are, pharmacy, restaurant, bar, cartolibreria, a small supermarket, a baker, a fish shop, various shops and the most important buildings of the city

A little paradise in Noto
This was such an idyllic place to stay. The host was charming, welcoming and so helpful in telling us about the surrounding area. Could so easily have stayed longer than the 2 days we had booked. I would highly recommend. Thank you Salvatore!

Noto experience
Salvatore and his wife were lovely people. He went out of his way to show us the area. We were traveling in winter, under some illusion that Sicily is warm then. Nope. But the coolness made our extensive walking easier. Noto is on a hill and is all steep streets and stairways. But worth it. The apartment was clean and had everything for our three week stay. Though it was too chilly to sit on the patio, Salvatore made sure we had plenty of heat ( three sources). We still had fresh oranges from the garden every morning. Lots of great bakeries, the scene downtown is great for people watching

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in der barocken Altstadt von Noto. Dank der genauen Anreisebeschreibung konnte der Ort der Wohnung sehr schnell in der Altstadt gefunden werden, wo es auch immer Parkmöglichkeiten gab. Dank des schönen Innenhofes mit dem angrenzenden Garten fühlte man sich wie im Grünen. Salvatore ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der auch gleich Vorschläge zur Stadtbesichtigung und der Umgebung gegeben hat. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, à quelques pas du centre historique de Noto. Très calme avec un accès direct à un jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Salvatore qui nous a donné des conseils de visite. Nous recommandons cette adresse à Noto.

Schönes Apartment im Herzen von Noto
Salvatore war ein hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort erledigt. Das Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung war gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Innenhof war für die Entspannung hilfreich. Die Kühle am Abend wurde durch ein Propangasöfchen gut kompensiert. Das gesamte Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Netter Gastgeber und sehr gute Lage
Wir haben uns in dieser tipptopp sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Der wunderbar ruhige Garten erlaubt gemütliches Sitzen und Geniessen. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Salvatore è la sua famiglia molto cortesi e discreti. La casa è nel centro storico. A 20 minuti di macchina la riserva di vendicari con un mare limpidissimo.

eine unvergessliche Woche

Persönliche Wohnung in der intressanten Stadt
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, nur ein wenig schwer für grosse Autos. Die Wohnung gross und sauber. Die Küche und das Badezimmer ok. Der Wirt höflich und hilfsbereit. Im Frühling das Wetter noch kühl, so könnten wir nicht den schönen Innengarten benutzen. Noto selbst ist eine merkwürdige und intressante Stadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch in der Umgebung. Und nun auf finnisch: Asunnon sijainti hyvä, mutta ei isoille autoille. Asunto suuri ja siisti. Keittiö ja kylpyhuone ok (pohjoismaalainen kaipaa kyllä kahvinkeitintä). Isäntä kohtelias ja avulias. Helmikuussa sää vielä kolea, joten kaunis sisäpuutarha jäi käyttämättä. Noto itsessään on merkillinen ja mielenkiintoinen kaupunki, jonka ympäristössä myös paljon nähtävää.

Charmante Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage: in der historischen Altstadt Notos, nur wenige Fußschritte vom Corso Vittorio Emanuele entfernt. Sie verfügt über großzügig geschnittene und charmant eingerichtete, hohe Räume: großes Schlafzimmer, großes Bad, großer Wohn- und Essraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Von dort aus hat man direkten Zugang zu dem schönen Innenhof mit Garten, worin ein alter Olivenbaum sowie Blumensträucher und Zitrusbäume zum Verweilen einladen. Die Vermieter, Salvatore Toro und seine Frau, sind äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich in ihrer Region bestens auskennen und informative Tipps für kulinarische und kulturelle Reiseziele haben. Wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal in Noto und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer eine Wohnung sucht, in der er (neben den Ausflügen zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten Süd-/Ostsiziliens) gerne auch etwas Zeit verbringen, ausgiebig kochen und essen möchte, wird sich hier hoffentlich genauso wohl fühlen, wie wir es taten. Dabei spielen natürlich auch der einmalige Barock-Charme und nicht zuletzt das sehr gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eine entscheidende Rolle. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder. Gradevolissima casetta in pieno centro storico
Ideale per chi vuole sentire e gustare l'aria della città di Noto in pieno centro storico, senza l'uso di mezzi di trasporto. Pulita ed accogliente, si trova in disparte rispetto alle vie + trafficate e quindi gode di un piacevolissimo silenzio anche grazie al giardino adiacente. Fresca e munita di tt i comfort Mi sono trovata benessimo

Lovely accommodation in excellent location
Apartment is very clean and comfortable, 1 minute from all amenities. Salvatore and his family were very welcoming and warm. The garden is a gem with those gorgeous plants and little turtles. I want to go back! Salvo thank you so much for an amazing stay!
